■New! Aug 13, 2021　DHL will be used for delivery to areas where EMS is not available.

Currently, EMS delivery is suspended in some areas. In such cases, DHL will be used.
Some areas will require an additional fee, but we will usually deliver at the EMS delivery rate.

However, DHL usually offers only up to $25 per kg in shipping compensation.
It is necessary to pay a compensation fee ($25) separately to get compensation. If you wish to do so, please add "DHL Insurance" to the cart with the product and make payment.

■Standard size shipping costs；EMS

· With EMS delivery, shipment liability of up to ¥300,000(≒3,000$) will be added with no fee.
· The liability amount cannot exceed that of the customs declaration.

*The countries listed in the table above are only a few.

■Non-standard size shipping costs；UGX

· The shipment cost of UGX is calculated based on the volume weight (width (cm) x length (cm) x height (cm) /5,000).
· If the gross weight (package weight) is heavier than the volume weight, the latter will be applied.

■ Shipping Costs for Exchange/Return of Product

*Please note that any costs that arise at the receipt of a product, such as customs duty or VAT, should be borne by the purchaser.

■Delivery of Mr. Henri Matchavariani's artwork

Artwork by Henri Macciavagliani will be shipped from France via UPS.

There is no shipping cost.
However, delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges.
